  1. Saw one while doing a reccee on some new permission last year. Trotted out and sat down about 250yrds away from me. All I had with me was my 22 so he's possibly still there!
  2. That's excellent!! Collecting my new Male Harris very soon hopefully.
  3. Realise that you've only just received the stuff but can anyone who has used their products in the past share their opinions on the stuff??
  4. Feed mine on them a lot and on rooks too. There's f#ck all left from a rook after my two young Jills have been thrown one!!
  5. Like the idea of plastic boxes alright. Just recently got a double bowback box and hawk box both from the same material. Got them here...... http://www.falconfabrication.co.uk/travelboxes.php?reload
  6. You can make it from kits or use apple juice, yeast water etc to make what's known as "turbo" cider. For the real thing i'd advise you to do it the traditional way which i did last year and plan to do again. After mashing/chopping up your apples put them through your fruit press allowing the juice to pour into a sterilised plastic fermenting bin. Once you have done all your apples you can simply seal up the bin and fit an airlock to the lid. The natural yeasts on the skins of the apples should be enough but to be safe you can throw in a sachet of cider yeast(can be bought for about a quid).
  7. Yes same calibre restrictions, as you'll see from the wording in the link it enables those who hold deer licences to shoot them, ie it doesn't mean everyone with a .22 can have a pop at them now.
  8. is there Muntjac in ireland Yeah, one shot in Woodenbridge Wicklow. Heard of a few others being shot east coast alright.

  10. Nice work, well done that man. Hopefully out after the reds myself this weekend.
  11. Best of luck to everyone for a safe and successful season
  12. Have found it hard to get a hold of the Winchester subs for a while. Used to use them all the time in both semi and bolt action and loved them. Using Magtech subs at the moment and looking for a better round, power on them seems to be very low after 50yrds.

Don't give anyone your address is my opinion. You can meet at a pub carpark or somewhere and do the deal there. Too many robbing c#nts take an interest in the dog and ferret scene.
  14. Oh so you like an Irish accent Missie??!
  15. Nice one Snap Shot, you must be well pleased and itching for the season to start!!
  16. Have to agree with you on the Scorpion T-10. Got myself one a month or so back. Have a CZ 22, a Ruger 22, a 12bore and a Sako 6.5x55 Swedish and anytime I open the gunsafe I find myself reaching for the BSA! They're a lot of fun!!

  18. Recently went for an ASE Jet-z compact on my Sako 75 Finnlite in 6.5x55. Very pleased with it, great noise reduction and doesn't affect the balance too much although when combined with a bipod the rifle gets pretty front-heavy.
  19. Think Sportsman sell a spirit level scope ring device. Just use it when attaching your scope fo first time.
  20. F#cking classic!!!! What a swamp-donkey.
