Bought this time last year but Gardai took so long processing licence that season was over by the time i got it. Landowner got a Section 42 (out of season licence) . Only my third beast with it.

Hi sounder, No it's a Sako Finnlite in 6.5x55. Had a look at the Tikka but thought the Sako felt much better balanced.

Hi Been looking through the old posts on forum and thought i'd better post here. At the moment I lamp bunnies with a 1/2 deerhound 1/2 greyhound, do a bit of deerstalking, usual 22 stuff bunnies corvids etc and hope to get some roughshooting done this season. Plan to get into falconry properly when work allows and have just gotten a whippet cross pup, 8weeks old. Cheers Spudlington

Howdy First shot of this season. This day last week. Had a choice of 4 other stags, all a lot bigger but decided to go for more tender meat (and an easier drag back to low ground!) Spud

Was planning to go early sunday morning but spoke to few guys who were there on saturday and came home early. General consensus seemed to be very few trade stands and poor show overall. Didn't go as a result. Will just have to buy online instead!
