But to answer your question: I have a go beating and I work a whippet and a Lurcher.. I don't take them with me though - I just go beating and flag waving. For beating the guys on the shoot use cockers and Springers. Labs for picking up I hope that this helps thank was ment to say springer or cocker I will put it up in the gun dog section
