Have a look here. http://www.naturalengland.org.uk/conservat...L%20Gen-L05.pdf It's not black and white, lot's of grey areas but I recon so long as you've tried to discourage the problem birds on the list it should be ok to shoot them. Always shoot within the law and shoot safely, you should be ok.

Badger culling already goes on and has done for years, we all turn a blind eye to a worthy animal being "GASSED" IN THEIR THOUSANDS" by the state Would you like to elaborate and substantiate your claim mate. The gassing of any animal has been banned for a long time now, unless I mistaken. Aren't you still allowed to gas rabbits? I may be wrong but I don't think you can.

Good rant mate. After the floods of last year, many locals are still at risk of it happening again due to Unnatural England refusing to allow a dyke to be cleared out as it’s the home of some voles. Now it seems a bugger to me that rodents get preferential treatment over tax and rate paying people.

It would help if you gave a bit more detail of the scope/lazer/mounts. SMK scopes are OK, I've got three and for budget scopes I don't recon they can be beaten.

Yeah, it is a smart gun - most of the Italian ones are, but I think Beretta look best. However, no point having a handsome gun if it don't suit me or I can't "hit a chicken in the fridge with it" (saw that phrase in another thread on this forum and thought it was ace!!) so hopefully it will suit me!! Cheers, John. The Silver Pigeon is a beautiful gun, what model did you buy mate. They can be a bit short in the stock for some people, how did it feel when you shouldered it??
