  9. if you have to feed dry aim for one that has meat as its primary ingredient they want be cheap around £40.00 a bag IMO cheaper and better to feed raw go to aldi and buy some lamb/beef mince and beg some bones of your butcher

  11. your thinking off a boxer dog killed by Neospora tends to be a problem with pups and older dogs freezing for 24 hours kill its mainly beef that is affected. dogs can be carriers (with no ill effects) passing it to sheep etc

  14. i have fed barf for the last 2 years but have never bothered with veg i carnt get my head round if dogs are meant to eat veg why do we after to pulp/cook ect?
  15. i hav'nt had a terrier for over 20 years but i thought the mark of a good fox dog facing a difficult situation ie fox on a ledge would be to back off and bay is it that terriers are being bred too hard?
  16. wolves are pack animals and when they kill everything is eaten! they dont kill to eat gut contents my dogs are on barf and will thieve meat if left out yet i have never seen them raid the veg basket open in the kitchen i have always questioned veg in the barf diet if it is needed why does it have to be cooked and mushed up?

  18. i feed raw and high protein/fat complete 30% both my dogs race and are fit and heathly dogs guts are cast iron and are more than capable of coping with raw & comp
  19. forget about filleting, gut um lay a peice of baking out put fish in middle put some lemon juice and a knob of butter in cavity wrap up leaving a little space to steam put in oven or bbq for 10 mins max and when you open the package the skin and bones will lift out in a oner

    Buy the cheapest and spend your money on a decent lens some good deals on pentax i have a nikon but have used a pentax and was impressed plus i have a 70-300m telephoto you can have cheap lol

  22. send me a pm and i will send you a sample i work for a company that make a natural one called Mosi-Guard the trouble with products with deet jungle formula etc is that deet is very destructive to rods and reels thats why you often see clips of soldiers with guns that are protected with plastic as the mod use deet. the London School Of Tropical Diseases clinicly trialed all products and found Avon safe soap (the product rattingaddict saw on the telly) not effective thanks for the offer paddy but i think i will give the avon gear a try thanks alot for all your info yep no probs go
