    Work 4 on 4 off, when I'm working, no drink, when I'm off drink unless I'm driving, lamping etc. Never drink anything other than beer, tea, water. Cheers, D.

    Just been to the flicks to see The Kingsman: 2 hours, 10 minutes. Obviously the cinema environment gives any film a lift but a really good mix of action, comedy, sadness and total sillyness ? Very good. 9/10 Cheers, D. Ps World War Z starting on Film4 Now and Aliens on ITV 4

    Was at a hunt meeting on Boxing Day, hounds were hunting across the valley from where we were, a woodcock sprang from nowhere and slalomed through a dozen people before disappearing. Great to see ? Cheers, D.
