    I havent got room for a whippet or lurcher... He is good at everything except being tied up, ill try him off the lead while netting up or peg him next to marked hole see if that helps. It seems to be when i get more then 20 foot away he starts if i stand next to him his ok. FF

    Been training dog to mark holes and and pick out warrens... his fine doing that i know there where rabbits in this one. But my trouble is... When his pegged in the ground he whines alot. Typical jrt whine high pitch with a bark every so often. Is there anything i can do to stop this. His 2.5 years, only had him since january. FF

    Got the theoben fenman now all sorted... Been out and had one rabbit with it... (only rabbit i saw) But not sure which scope to top it off with? It had a richer optics 3-9×50 on when purchased. But not sure i trust that make on a gas rammer. Ive put a hawke sidewinder 30 10x42 on it for now, but i think these are more designed for pcp rifles? There is some recoil a steady "thud" not what i would teeth rattler. What are your opinions on scope choices please, maybe something of period. I was thinking of something fixed magnifacation now, just point and sho

    Glad to hear your getting some ferrets... As youve said just play and bond with them. I put a gutted rabbit in and take it out the next day in summer and two days in winter but i have 6 ferrets make sure they been frozen first to kill fleas n ticks. Plenty of tubes so they get used to going in holes but its second nature to them. Get them used to your dog and vice verser. Enjoy them. FF

    Thanks I have a reciept from theoben with serial no saying its a fenman profile... but i suspect its in a cs800 walnut stock as the olympus stock was hydua. It does have the raised forend chequering though, so... FF

    Can anyone help me with some sample pellets IN .20 (25 or so) in what ever brand you got going spare please. Im currently using H&N ftt and feel accuracy could improve slightly Ill pay for the stamp. Thanks FF

    Got to the car this morning after being out for rabbits, felt this on my neck... The bag strap is 3/4 inch wide. I believe its called a woodlouse spider. Biggest id seen and also in my bubble (personal space). FF

    Went out with the fenman after zeroing it with a spare scope (10x42 hawke sidewinder) Had this at first light at 35 paced steps (Another pregnant doe quite ropey looking) FF

    I think a 7 or 12 litre would be a better choice. Maybe somewhere like uttings or js ramsbottoms FF
