  1. I've not tried the Zane in 22 yet, but the nsa .22 26grs in my wildcat at 1010fps are unreal, very little difference in poi out to 120ms ona 50m zero setting. I found the .25s in the lighter grains a bit errattic but better the nearer I got to 30 gr.
  2. I had the Solaris on my 243 but it would turn itself off with the recoil, new switch supplied and same thing so its sat on the shelf and I use a PbirL
  3. Evening I took my Ziess duralyt off and put A Nikko Stirling holdfast on just to get a scope with side parallax. The Duralyt did work with the Pard and happily took foxes at 200yds with it, but in grass fields at range I used to get a pixilated image which made me want an improvement. I also use a PBIRL additional if you are shooting at rangy foxes and it takes a fair beating
  4. I have put my nightsight at the back of the cupboard now that I have changed my scopes to parallax style scope which allow you to tune your image dependant on distance. The 007 and 007a are a very hard combination to beat with the right scope, I also use mine on the centrefires and with an addition IR the visibilty at night is superb.
  5. Lovely things to shoot, just like and extension of your arm
  6. Diana model 52 Webley Osprey Dong Ki M1 carbine do these ring a bell
