I think you are a bit quick off the mark there buddy, most land in the UK has some sort of path, rights of way through it. I think the amount of land I have on either side of the right of way will help me achieving my goals. Anyway still open to ideas, suggestions and helpful information. Thanks Ray

Woodland Use Hi all, hope you are well. I've had some land, predominantly woodland for some time now and it's time a I did something with it. It has been my own private retreat for me to hunt, camp etc in. I bought it thinking I would set up a paint balling business but never got round to it. I want to do something that will create enough revenue for me so I can pack in the mundane 9-5 and do what I love something shooting related.
