Despite the fact the BOTH trump and Boris have stated the NHS is neither up for grabs by Boris or wanted by Trump it doesn’t stop Corbyn repeating this tired rhetoric about selling the NHS off...no actual evidence obviously that this is happening but it makes for good headlines!
-
Who are you voting for then WILF? Farage?? Self serving career politician that can’t see he is now damaging his own cause? He is no different to the rest and has no policies other than brexit, this is a General Election about more than just brexit.
-
I don’t think there is a point there....of course every problem is caused by the Tory party ?. Listen to them go on about austerity which we only have because Gordon Brown and Tony Blair got us into eye watering amounts of debit despite governing during one of the most prosperous periods in British history in terms of growth etc. Remember the note to the new chancellor? There is no money, good luck! Says it all.

I am not for one minute suggesting all labour governments are bad and that I would never vote labour but I could not ever vote for this Labour Party, they do not represent the people they should and their policies are dangerous for our country and for democracy. I would not let this Labour Party stop me voting labour in the future yet so many labour voters allow a Tory government off 40 years ago to stop them voting conservatives? I don’t get it? I’ve also despite posting regularly on the political threads had anyone give any proper rational reasons for voting for his particular Labour Party.
-
I have yet to speak to a single person that is planning on voting labour that actually seems to understand why they are voting labour?? I hate the tories, ok fine I can respect that but vote for someone other than labour. I always vote labour, I can’t respect that. Your leader is genuinely dangerous to our country and it’s a disgrace that he could ever be elected leader of one of two largest parties in the country. How you can support someone with his record on terrorism and anti Semiticism is amazing. Sandymere loves to call Boris a liar but compared to Corbyn he is a saint. There own lifelon

Top cross, well done blackdog and good luck Keith. Puppy is just what you need. Always a cross I have fancied....unfortunately no room in the inn or I would be begging blackdog for a puppy!

Whilst it is commendable to try and stop the spread of the dreaded RVHD if it is as contagious as sounds I would say your fighting a losing battle, from my understanding of the spread it is already countrywide and the rabbits chances of making a comeback are more to do with developing immunity as it is so contagious that you will not be able to stop the spread, with farmers, birds, livestock, walkers, other wildlife it’s just not possible. I know in Australia in took around ten years for this strain to not exactly die out but it’s effectiveness to seriously reduce. By my estimates we are arou

Agreed. Even the conservatives are basically a centre left party with their current policies...look at the spending pledges they have made, not very conservative.

Not according to southeast waters website....Brighton for example uses 100% groundwater (water from under the ground) varies from area to area obviously but most places in the south east as you can see from that attached picture use mainly groundwater.
-
Sad times but I fear your situation is becoming the norm and those lucky enough to still be catching large numbers are the exception. Rabbits are tenacious and fecund little survivors and will hopefully be back in good numbers but may take people being a bit sensible (don’t kill every rabbit and wonder why there’s none there next season) and be a patient as it won’t happen overnight. This summer round me i genuinely thought they had turned a corner after some poor seasons last few years but last month or so it feels like RVHD has struck again and knocked them right back....

I have asked in this thread and the brexit one some very specific questions about how anyone can bring themselves to vote for Corbyn and have yet to receive and proper answer, just BGD basically saying because he is racist.... Sandy your a left wing Corbyn lover can you please explain how you can bring yourself to put this man in power?? I get you don’t like Boris etc but vote for the anti democrats or Greens or anyone but Corbyn. A terrorist supporter and racist with a hatred of this country. He is so dangerous that he wouldn’t actually pass the vetting process to be allowed access to go

Wow, dog wasn’t even that keen he properly had to in courage it wasn’t like it was an accident. I am no cat lover but that’s just ridiculous
-
Most water actually comes from underground (only about 10% of water comes from reservoirs in the southeast for example) and its filtered through the ground, if it’s come through chalk then it picks up a lot of calcium which is a cause of hard water. So basically different types of water across the country depending on where it came from, it’s all safe to drink but does taste very different depending on where you live!

Very welcome Phil, I have your other books and will be after the latest one!
-
What dog will you be looking for Kieth? A whippet I assume??? Great to see you thinking of getting another dog I think it will help you a lot. ??

When’s the new book out Phil?? I see your website at the bottom of your posts says coming soon.....

I am a plumber mate and have fitted various things over the years but the only thing that will actually work is a genuine water softener that you have to add salt to remove the hardness from the water. They cost approx £500 for a half decent one plus fitting and you will then have to buy salt tablets to put in it. The softener needs to be placed on the incoming main before you draw any water off, however it is recommended that you don’t drink the water from the softener due to the high salt levels so wouldn’t help with the kettle but would stop all your other hard water related problems!

Would anyone really be poaching on the lamp at 7.30pm??? There’s some fairly stupid people out there but lamping without permission in view of a road at 7.30pm...could easily just have been a bloke walking his dog after work. Press just want to persecute the field sports enthusiast.
-
BGD, can you explain to me why you are going to vote for Corbyn please? He is a dangerous extremist who has sympathised with just about every terrorist organisation going and runs a party so anti Semitic that his own MPs are resigning in protest. His economic policy is based on Venezuela where they have gone from a prosperous wealthy country to so poor people are eating there own pets! Socialism in action! Business leaders are terrified of a Corbyn government and the rich will simply leave, no bad thing I here you say but those 1% top earners pay 27% of the income tax revenues in this country
-
There’s nothing in that article that says it was a poacher, he even says a big torch not a lamp. I am with greyman press hate fieldsports and will paint anyone that does it as a thug and cruel.

Pro or anti brexit, pro Tory or anti Tory, pro labour or anti labour I can’t for the life of me understand why anyone with even the vaguest understanding of politics and knowledge of what each party is trying to achieve could ever bring themselves to vote for a party that would make Jeremy Corbyn prime minister. The man is a terrorist sympathiser, is an anti semitic, wants to tax everyone to death, has no idea how to run an economy (loves to go on about ending austerity but its labours fault there was austerity in the first place!), his policies would bankrupt this country and cause mass unemp

That’s shit mate, sorry for your loss

Unfortunately in the long run the saddest thing is it’s the kids that will suffer the most, not good that they can’t see their own dad and mum slagging him off to them will have a terrible effect on their future relationships as adults. It’s shit for you but sounds like she is jealous of you seeing someone new hopefully it will pass, keep calm and think of your kids mate. Don’t give her any reason to stop them seeing you.

I personally would love to vote brexit party but in reality a vote for brexit party makes it less likely that we will actually get brexit. Brexit party will never ever win the election just disrupt the conservatives chances of getting a majority as they are splitting the leave vote. If the brexit party ends up stopping the conservatives getting a majority and we end up with some horrific coalition of labour, SNP’s and Liberal Democrat’s then brexit will just be cancelled altogether. If Farage and the BP have some vision and sense they will only stand in 50 or so leave voting seats that conserv

Empty heads breeding litters

I really don’t think £325 is a lot of money for a dog that could give you 12-15 years of graft and companionship. I’d much rather pay £325 for the right dog than £50 for the wrong one. I’ve spent literally thousands of pounds putting my injured dogs back together over the years and done it willingly so would have no problems paying that for the right well breed pup. In case anyone is wondering I have never sold a dog in my life and I am not defending my own pricing policy! I paid £350 15 years ago when that was a serious amount of money to me for a well breed lurcher pup I had waited several y
