    Right lads just to switch it up a bit, show a pic of your smallest Patterdale that you’ve had staying until dug, I know size isn’t everything but I’ve a very very small dog here and am looking for a bit of hope? he’s showing all the right signs, will get a pic up as soon a so can??

    Can’t beat them for in the kennels mate, all I use, easily taken out and washed down, and in the winter i keep them in but use a firewood bag filled with straw and sealed as a home made bed for them as everything else ends up in pieces

    He’s a fine looking animal with a great nature, seen bits and bobs and I think he will be a hard dog how he reacted with what he has seen, just matures a bit slower than the black uns I have but with the right breeding behind it I’m willing to give plenty of time??

    I’m in the same boat mate, 4 dogs here, planned to put dog previously pictured on quad bike over my bitch when she broke but never did I think I would loose her on a days ratting last week after all the stuff she dug, I’m looking for a bitch for him, don’t have much of a circle I’m a lone wolf the majority of the time bar a few keepers and mates. Gutted

    Been grouse Beating for them a few times, get 50 yards off grouse butts and the bodyguard start walking towards you guiding beaters down the hill, would think we had the guns?

    Dispatched many of foxes in the engine room after a dig if the dangerous end is occupied, and seen it done by more than one person, wish I knew how someone’s whole day went through one pic would be braw?

    Vixen looks dry and then n good nick to me, couple of patches where maybe a dogs had a pull at, as far as dirt on the dog goes it just depends on ground type, I guarentee that fox was in the ground not long before then and it doesn’t look like it’s been dipped in a muddy puddle.

    3rd seasoned dog, had a few belters with him, 8 hours in the ground start of the season and a 5 hour to end with plenty in between??

    Same as what you would want bud, dry, no wind blowing up tubes, no disturbances, water no too far away and a local food source will give you the best chance of achieving, couple pipes coming off a chamber and you cant go wrong, works for me, hope this helps??

    Same farm as previous pic where I had 104, this visit had over 70, back oot Monday morn at a different place, paid to do what I would do for feck all! keeps them fit and ticking over. ?

    Haha I hate sandy banks but once the old bitch has marked I can’t walk away from it personally wouldn’t sleep right for weeks? first season dog dropped and he done well to hold it in a soft place without it digging on, was his 10th and last dig of the season and all went to plan thankfully??

    That’s her pretty side too mate, bit on the hard side but gets it done, yes after two and a half hours in the ground too as I had to pop home for the sharp tooth
