  1. Not if you want a top flight carbon fibre barrel it won't the barrel trade is over £750.
  2. Between £500-£1500 depending on the barrel Personally I'd get a Walther or Shilen barrel but others are good Begarra go some great hunting barrels.
  3. I use subs but always fire from a raised position like a first floor window that reduces the risk but also ensure I have a good backstop as I would in the rural areas
  4. They certainly have their place I'm clearing an urban fox problem and the 22lr is the perfect rifle quite accurate and powerful enough longest shot is 20 yards and they just drop.
  5. I have a selection of jackets and smocks including Harkilla Musto Swazi and more but I regularly choose my Ridgeline Monsoon 2 smock. I think it's each to there own and depending on your needs.
  6. Swazi tahr is brilliant but I also like my ridge line smock for a woodland stalk, you moving slowly so should not be sweeting if you are something up
  7. That's brilliant to see we need to keep getting more and more youngster into our sport like this their the future.
  8. 7.62x51 and 308 win factory loads are interchangeable in modern sporting rifles.
  9. I've a CZ 452 in walnut stock glass bedded with mod if your still looking that I don't use.
  10. Had a look about and forum looks good so I thought I'd join and hopefully contribute. Shooting wise I'm into most sorts of shooting clays game pigeon deer rabbits and foxing. Work wise I'm in the shooting industry I split my time between being a shooting instructor shotgun and rifle and a gunsmith specialising in stock work but also do other stuff including building a few rifles from time to time.
