this is a question i also put to them and they responded with "any firearms allegation has to be followed up and investigated accordingly". Seems you were right. Had the call today to advise they were returning the gun later today which was quick I thought considering they only took it away Friday evening. There was a little conversation reqarding it but all was well once justified. Thanks again for The advise ??

Thanks for the response. It's currently being tested and should be well under the limit. Unfortunately some nuisance neighbours reported me for having an over powered rifle and now I'm gunless while they prove them wrong ?

hi all, new to the forum clearly so apologises for the post being a request for advise. i just wondered if anyone knew what the legal status would be of an s410 post anti tamper with its tamper screw removed and a pre anti tamper grub screw back in ts place? the gun is under the legal limit but just wondered how it would stand with the fire arms officers if tested and inspected? thanks in advance
