  1. Father in law is looking for a Beddy x Whippet pup. Can anybody point me in the direction of a good litter? Thanks
  2. wont be long and they will be in little boxes going down holes. Will be known as pining ?
  3. Could be an operation by an Anti. Stopping the hunt before it's even left the kennels. Stealing a dog to sell is unlikely. Stealing a dog for themselves to use more likely. Anti stealing the dogs so you can't use them a possibility. They would of had to know your address and what you do. Not a random hit.
  4. We need a fund page so we can all chip in to a reward to try get these dogs back or get a name for the theives. (Brainstorming)
  5. A mate of mine uses the Mammut Barryvox with B&F collars. Absolute spot on setup. Getting it myself. The Barryvox box alone is about 250-300 that I've seen. Worth it though.
  6. Horrible b*****ds! They need a King Kong slap with a spade and going in with the next backfill. Robbing someone's dogs is like kidnappin their kids.
  7. My girlfriend has horses and a girl off her farm decided to go on a hack down the lanes on her horse with her dog running down the side of them. The horse got spooked and kicked the dog stone dead. The girl was heartbroken and couldn't face her horse for weeks. Lucky to come out alive after a horse kick.jees, I was lucky the horse was kicking ,stamping at will and didn't connect . dog wasn't frightened and sounds like yours apache was tough and lucky with the consequence They wouldn't shy away from a T Rex mate. Wired up to not give a f**k.

  9. you have to keep that type of dog on a lead .even if it doesn't attack dogs , people or livestock . easy to lose and lot of danger roads , etc. I borrowed two little dogs once and one spooked a horse and was hanging on its tail . and taken about. How wasn't injured or nothing was fortunate. Dog just had no fear of size or nothing Yea I know what you mean I've had my fair share of nightmare moments myself. You live and you learn. I just like to take them out the way and burn of some energy. Nose down arse up.

  11. wow! How you come up with assumption from what i just said is beyond me. Don't stereotype me as a 'terrierman' and expect me to follow suit of what a 'terrierman' should be and how one should act. All I'm saying is 1 out of 3 I have is a nightmare. The other 2 are sound. You wanted to know about them? Where did I say I was proud? Believe me I am not proud he is a liability. Don't ask for advic and then shoot someone down for trying to help you by shining some light on my experience with the breed. How the f**k does that make me sound like an 'anti'? Wtf is wrong with people Apologies was a

  13. I have 3 Patterdales. Two of them are easy going though are kept outside in kennels and one of them is an absolute liability. Game as f**k and won't think twice about trying to take another dog out the game if he wishes. He was bitten by a Cane Corso when he was a pup which may have had something to do with it. Socialize it socialize it and socialize it. Pain in the arse having to keep him on the lead all the time and having a dog who will take try and take your mates dog out by hanging off its throat is somewhat frowned upon. I keep the psycho on a lead 90% of the time and the other 10 I watc

  15. im using old clothes that were ready for throwing out. Hadn't been changed ina while if I'm honest so hoping new bedding will also help the situation.
  16. Thanks lads, i appreciate your feedback. I've changed there bedding today. They live outside in kennels so give that a good going over today with nice clean bedding. I managed to get some stuff from an equestrian store near me today as wanted to get something on them until i found a good enough solution. So far ive used Neem and Coconut oil shampoo followed by Benzyl Benzoate as i seen someone mention it on here. Ordered Invermectin so just waiting on that. Will have a look at the other products you both mentioned. Thanks lads!
  17. Hi everyone, Please forgive me as this is my first post...Virgin no more I was after some up to date advice on what people have in their armory when tackling the dreaded Mange! First i noticed a bald spot on the hind leg of one of my terriers and ive not come across it before. There are scabs under the fur surrounding the area and it seems to be spreading. I have another terrier in the same kennel which has developed a small patch of fur loss and again seems irritated. I'm thinking Sarcoptic Mange may be the culprit, though not professionally diagnosed, as we have had a recent 'encounter'. I
