    I have a pup at the moment who is 11 month had a few runs recently but not caught anything yet. She’s had hold of some bits though that my other lurcher has caught. He defo wants one just loses them to cover. Learning curve for it, every miss is a lesson. Looking forward to it’s first like we all do.

    Well I’m not gonna lie, that’s exactly what I’m hoping for. He is a bigger dog than the bitch and better built so just hope he ends up as good on his feet as the bitch is because she is really good to watch running about. We have some peat fields near me and she looks like a dirt bike when she turns kicking up all the dirt and keeping her peddle to the metal until she gets grip with her head going for it hahaha good little dog she is.

    Well I suppose I can only put the work in and see how he ends up. Fingers crossed. It was a last minute but to be honest as we originally went to pick one up for my father in law and once we seen the puppies we grabbed one aswel, as ya do! If I picked one again I would probably go for the 3/4 Whippet as a lot of people on here say they are quicker which makes sense really. Is what it is will see what he’s like once winter hits. Wishing the sun away already hahaha

    Has anyone had experience using the first cross Beddy Whippet. Me and my father in law got one each out the same litter. Both just turned 11 months. He has the bitch which is really light and quick off the mark, really agile. Mine is the dog at 20 TTS and abit heavier. Must admit I do really like how the bitch runs compared to mine it’s really found its feet and handles itself well. Hope mine finds that sprinting power soon, fingers crossed. Anyone else had experience using either dog or bitch of the first cross?

    Couple of pics below one was when we first got him and bottom was taken the other day though not the best pic. He was 20 tts when I last checked at about 9 months and he’s 11 months now.

    I also have a 3 year old patterdale. He had a cloudy eye at one point. Give him some antibiotic eye drops. Cleared up within a week.

    Look at us all arguing about what we should and shouldn't be doing. How judgemental and egotistical we are being. We all know best. Quite pathetic this little charade when you sit back and think about it. What a waste of time

    Na whin wasn't in to shepherd lurchers it was tor of Dartmoor ,lobsters n phezzies ,infact I think he trained a lobster to catch salmon. Yea you can train lobsters. Aslong as you put worker to worker with the ones not making the grade on the pot for dinner then before you know you have a formidable force against quarry. Even a first cross Lobster x Crab are good for agility and extra speed.

    Fox Dropper dont be so selfish. Giving people's details to the police because there on "your patch" have a word with you're weak ego it's obviously feeling threatened at the minute as your reaction shows clear. You need a hug, everything will be ok and you will still have a good season. Stop worrying.

    He wears a white suit. Always see him racing cars with a big white helmet. Very Mute but has good drive. Proven Sire!!!

    Throw it down your kitchen waste gulley and flush through with bucket of water. I work on the drains and the only thing you will be able to install is another gulley pot. Use one that is already there. Cheaper and works I do it daily.

    Right, the guy has clearly said he's fed as much as the puppy will take. He's wormed it he's done what we all would do. It is what it is. Looks racey now and will look racey when it's older. Ffs!

    Looks like it can run already, how old is the pup Somewhereyournot. I've just got a fist x Beddy/Whippet 9 week old now can't wait to get him out for his first walks..,,wishing his life away haha
