I've just changed them recently, my eyes are a bit crap for super fine recticals!I've got a £50 hawke vantage on one which is ace for the money it's 3x9 which is adequate for me and a 4x16 sf vantage that's Also a good one but cost a fair bit more!     Thanks mate for the replies and many thanks for the welcome. Really like the look of the ultra that's for sure. think I'd like to get a bipod for my HW100 - looks like I need to change the screw - looks fairly simple - perhaps even I could do it :-) Will steer clear of the daystate - noted. I think I've made my mind up though. Just need time to go to the RFD. Fancy a decent scope too. Although I do like my Nikko.

I have a Nikko Sterling Panax 4.5-14x50 AO IR on my .177 I fancy something with a maybe a bit more magnification - like the look of the Nikko long range panamax. What you guys got you on HW100s? There ball bags. Assuming you meant what have they got on there HW100's. Sorry I did. Like the look off the Hawke air max. Will give them a look. Do you have the side focus wheel? NV interests me too. Might need to invest in that too.

    Hi I'm Tony and I live in Chesire. I have recently got back into air rifle shooting. I bought an HW100 .177 Carbine (yes you can call be a tw@t) As a few of you have seen I'm keen to get another rifle too! Addict. I'm looking forward to getting involved in this forum - banter seems spot on.

    They can resist the monkey nuts and peanut butter. I just lean out of the window and pop them off. I also have one at ground level where I can just at my patio table and take them out.

    Thanks for all the replies. Sorry for not getting involved in the banter last night but I didn't get any notification that there had been any replies. Must be as I haven't posted enough yet. Addict - yes. Twat - certainly. Fancy something else for sure. I do like the simplicity of the HW100 so I'm not sure about the springer. So nobody says the BSA R10. Would I be a super twat to get two Hw100s? Does anybody have both a .177 and .22?

    I just built a couple of shelves and attached them to the trees. Throw up a couple of money nuts and out down a bit of peanut butter and they come for a feed.

    Hi all, I'm a newbie. So hello to all I moved into a house about a year ago that has a pretty large garden. Well we get a few visitors rabbits a plenty, squirrels by the lorry load and loads of bird variety. We even get ducks jsut sat in garden. When you first see them you think ah that's lovely rabbits roaming loose in my garden. Squirrels in the trees. All a great settings and pretty cool to see in your own garden until you see the destruction that they can bring. The squirrels bury acorn in autumn and dig up the garden in the spring looking for them. Utter deva
