I think the bit that winds me up the most is that they can come here and get all of the free shit without having paid anything in. ........ that's our money - we all earned that. We contributed to the standards in this country. Not them.

All paedophiles deserve is a gas chamber - preferably with a big window for public viewing. ......... no new terminology, no weird little dolls, no therapy, no tea and biscuits - just a 1 way ticket. Anyone giving them sympathy, like that teacher, should be beaten until they come to their senses.

This is how we like it in this house....... Good beef mince, not that low fat stuff. Plum tomatoes. Tomato paste. Chillies. Garlic. Red onion. 1 Oxo cube. Salt. Pepper. Oregano. Thyme. Parsley. Sage. A big slosh of red wine. A good couple of hours cooking and stiring to reduce it down. Maybe a little sugar or more salt depending on how it tastes after it's been simmering for a while. Dried herbs are ok but, I prefer rough cut fresh ones.

For what it's worth, I think his self confidence is huge and, in boxing you need a bit of that. He's definitely not the greatest of all time but, he is big and he is tricky - I don't think we've got a heavyweight at the moment that can unravel him. ........he plays his game really well. It's going to take time for him to get a bit older and, for a younger puncher to come up and surprise the division. I see him getting put down a few times in about 5yrs then, coaching some decent prospects.

Yes it was evolution mate but, it was about how it changed us quicker than it changed any other animal/mammal. .......it was interesting stuff

No mate, it was a fair old way back - I can't remember exactly what it said but, there was 2 instances....... one point way back, not long after we diverged from monkeys and, another point not so long ago when technology suddenly came on in leaps and bounds.

Actually, that is a really interesting point - I read something a few years ago about a quick, almost unnatural evolutionary jump in man that hasn't happened in any other species. It was about our physical, mental and technological advance over a short space of time - I'll have to try to find it again.

You've started something now mate - I got lost less than halfway down the first page It's interesting stuff, most definitely but, I do need it dumbed down a bit - I can't get my head round all of the physics. I like the bite sized info that they put out about what the JWST has found lately, like the water world that they reckon they've found and, the farthest star that they've ever seen and, the new images of Jupiter. ......... I think there will be some really good discoveries in the next few years ??

Let's hope she's not a complete disaster like the last bird in that job. So far I'm seeing a typical career politician. She's made a load of bold statements about tax reductions and the economy - I'll be amazed if any of it comes to fruition.
