    No nothing is a suppose the littler dogs get strength and energy sucked out of them quicker but not always the case.

    A think with hare weight been average 4 kilo no doubt il be corrected on that ? and smallest lurcher coursing type weighing 24 ish kilo and bigger type 32 kilo the hare does not realy sink in compared to dogs yet the bigger dogs have strength to pull out of heavier going.Hope that makes sense.A have see couple light framed little bitchs manage on heavy going but knew they had had run at end.

    Bigger dogs have more power it’s finer built dogs that seem to struggle some not all a prefer bigger stronger type 27tts and over but got bitch here 25tts and she still manages on heavy going but she got good bone structure strong built.That’s my take on it people make disagree though.

    Just thought but if spaniel s trained to gun they obviously don’t chase or grab stuff maybe pup thinks that’s what she thinks you expect of her.

    She will go when she ready don’t rush her,been many good dog spoilt been started to young.Try get her out and about with few other dogs unsportsmanlike as it is few team kills is good for pups.This pup out Brads litter.

    Or 20 horse s galloping across fields , a don’t agree with tearing seed fields up at all but a see why lads drive land and done correctly gets numbers think driving daytime is just to get away and under no circumstances should you interfere with run unfortunately some lads don’t care about damage they do.

    Yes a agree but on lamp most runs don’t last as long as daytime runs and we don’t realy run hares on lamp so dogs are on average running for 30secs roughly.Everyone has different theory’s though eh.

    So twice a week 3-5 runs on good land that in my opinion take as much out of dog as 5 good nights on lamp in 7-10 days.If you feed right wash and rub down keep them warm and dry they can do it.

    How often you run daytime in 7-10 days mate 3 times ?

    Run saluki lurchers and they can do 5 nights in space 7-10 days fact no need to lie no need to big my dogs up lads a run with dogs do same,some nights on foot some nights out motor.

    Plenty of lads on here run there dogs hard most say nothing though.
