started to build new dog runs for the lurchers the other day. just finished so i thought i would put some pictures up.

out on sunday with ferrets and longnets .we were doing a set and had bolted a few rabbits when abird flew out of the sett into the long net. i wish i had the camera but forgot it.has anybody had this happen.we caught afew bunnies

i was invited on to a pals permision today with the ferrets and long nets we caught a few here are sum pics

they are free between the loop and the basket but i usually fasten them to the basket with cord when not in use

any one no herd of a dog called dennis the menace out off son of abitch my pal has just lined his bitch with it .

i put a post on the other day about where icould get some rubber rings for a longnet to attach it to the poles that iam making for my daughter.thanks everyone for your input especially patterdale123 who pm me and said he had 20 rings he said he would post them to me .received them this morning i would just like to say thankyou from me and my daughter.

just been to have a look at the longnet basket my freind is making for my daughters longnet here is a picture of it so far

Lamb castration bands, ask at your local farm store or you could probably get them off the web i have been told that they are no good because they are designed to perish They certainly dont last for ever but at £2 for 100 bands its easy to change then as you need to. Only takes a second to roll them on or off. Just try all the methods and decide what suits you cheers
