saw on the one show today about the rise in people giving up there animals (mostly dogs) because they cant afford to keep it because of the credit crunch, animal shelters/homes are full of top animals with loads left in them slumming it in a 3x2 cage, rather than choosing a breed and then looking for that dog why not pop round a few shelters and see what they got in, take the missus and kids if you have any and visit a few, make a day of it, im sure you'll all fall in love with something along the way that would make a crackin guard dog, most shelters only ask for a small donation and you'll b
