and mine i`ll log out and try it l google it when your not logged on dont show then just checked again got a mock up of car ads on it . ?? if your logged on when someone puts your name anyone can read your posts . . if they log on themselves they can still read your posts how would someone know to search your name if they aint already logged on

mp4 can be both but is generally used for video, if its an audio and video file the file extension will be filename.mp4 if its just audio it will be filename.m4a to put the audio on an mp3 player you need to plug the device in and switch it on, open my computer from the start menu, double click on the device and leave that folder open, then open the folder with the file in and just drag it onto the device folder
