Picking berry’s seasonally seems mental as should be done after first frost but they are out in abundance so let’s have a go -
New season and some new natural remedy’s so this year I have been diagnosed with hypertension and once again a pill a day for ever is all you need to do but not for me so I am about to embark on a course of hawthorn berry’s instead and come spring I will be digging burdock root to cleanse kidneys and liver will be taking regular readings to monitor progress Blackthorn and hawthorn gathered one for some gin and one for the blood pressure remedy

Just me and her today so couple of chunks of short rib in tubby toms rub on for an hour then some pork belly in a jerk glaze later beef is being doused in scrumpy cider at 10 min intervals
