ive been looking after a mates guns while he gets something sorted.. the report cost him £90 and the cert is still not sorted yet! the top part makes some interesting reading.. its a pass the buck all round.
-
you might be onto something there, mine has water bowl in kitchen but would rather drink rain water from the garden
-
no dont think he ate anything but hes permanently got his nose down.. I keep him on lead down there. not been anywhere near the beach since, use to be good down there till every fcuker got a lockdown pup!
-
im up the coast in Scarborough, I walk me dog on the beach and he got that bug bout 3 weeks ago.. lasted about 5 days hes still not got his usual appetite back:( its a nasty.. puke n sh1t everywhere when he had it

I’d go bad shot with a ballistic tip bullet

Haha.. yeah I get where you coming from, my mouth calling consists of stopping one or calling one in I can see! on the other hand the two main lads who I go out with have 70 years of squeaking and tin whistles between them… my fox pro successes have been with dog barks and basically the nearest thing I can find to the tin whistle. the old keeper I go out with a lot makes crazy barks and all sorts of random noises… he sounds like one of them Alaskan fcukers on the freevew channels. never had any joy round my way with vixen calls just dog barks or hare

haha.. that money burning a hole in your pocket sd! ive got a fox pro, I dont use it very often though.. its produced the goods a few times and when it works it generally pulls stuff in from a fair distance very quickly. but there are plenty of foxs about that aren't interested in them, ive watched them blatantly ignore them and just carry on working the land or run for the hills. my mate pulls more lip squeaking than the gizmo.. he pulled one in last night in about 30 seconds, came out of a thick wood and just stood there looking at us... I had a bout two seconds to get

You do right sd? think I must be a bit stupid.. I’m tight when it comes to parting with money but all sense goes out of the window when it comes to guns and stuff! I look at stuff and think how many blocks and bricks did I have to lay and working in the rain? then I still think feckit and press the buy button?
-
Thought it was going to be a good day for you, was out last night and the fields were frozen solid…mate I was out with is shooting at sinnington, not to far from your shoot. woke up this morning to it slinging it down and the back garden flooded? bloody typical

in that vid clip I put up hes looking at the fox with bushes and trees to the sides.. white out is when any obstacle in the frame before the object your looking at affects being able to locate/see your target clearly! the digex suffered badly with it but by the looks of it the c50 has it sorted now!

I don’t normally rate shop reviews as there generally just trying to flog there wares but this is worth a watch and it’s been made to reflect the situations that you will come into on a night out! apart from using a dummy fox? but it’s a scope I’ve been waiting for for a while. from the looks of this vid the ir that comes with it would suit me as 300yards a long enough shot.

They don’t see thermal I know that
-
The first pards are/were laser, not sure what sort but they see them?
-
but do you take your work home? the first struggler made it into brother in-laws kitchen.. ppl say farmers are fcukers and don’t give a shit. I beg to differ
-
I think this is a can of worms you don’t need to open sd! it is a minefield and once you’ve had a fox bolt from the ir at 200yard and your head go’s..the next option is thermal. Ive watched them broadside 200yard away just turn round and look at me once I’ve hit the switch.. I’ve had them paired up look like I’ve walked in the bedroom and turnd the light on? I recon you stay as you are?
-
Don’t know about them wolf units but the wraith weighs a ton, not so bad on a big cf but it'd ruin balance and cart round all night feeling of a hmr. there’s a new mini wraith that would prob suit hmr

what's the problem with it mt?! ive been using a 008 since they came out.. zeroing is easy! pm me if you need a bit of a walk through
-
when's freedom day?! I recon 40 fags a day is the true bat but vax.. ive worked through this balls constantly gone to pub and concerts had the kids when they've had it and never tested positive.. done loads of tests too with me mum being old
-
just spoke to lad I work with about going back tomorrow and hes got it too, we've both done tests as he thought it was the bat bug as well... can't warm up and feel proper jittery and weak:( gonna be a right laugh wrestling footing blocks tomorrow
-
think a lot of his stuffs still at the market. thought id caught the bat bug as well ben, started feeling crap the day after you got it.. done the tests and its just a bad cold:( gonna be fun going back to work tomorrow! are you feeling any better yet?!
-
first two lambs came the night before last on brotherinlaws farm.. hes got a right flap on cos he thought he'd got another week to get everything sorted
-
I’ve got primos stix that I can’t use for? unless it’s rats with an air gun! all I use are quads and you’ve seen what ranges are doable with them.. think mine are sealand ones, I know they were bout £60. Good for squashing electric fences and sussin out dodgy ground in front when you can’t see??

just been speaking to a keeper I go out with and I was saying where are they all coming from.. ive not kept a record of last year but between me and him its a hell of a lot, I dont think we could wipe them out even if that was the goal. was talking to the farmer on the moor and he said he put a pig on the heap two days ago and its been stripped already ? I fully get where your coming from with the lamp though as I enjoy it still even though I dont use it that often any more.. think a lot of that's to do with breaking my scope bracket and all the other fittings ive got are sh1te

I only bought the thermal spotter as it was cheapish... ive had it bout two years and there still selling for £300 more than what I paid for it now:) the scope was a luxury that I really shouldn't have bought, it puts stuff away that id not find half the time but there far to expensive and I bought the cheapy model
