  1. Do yourself a favour and go wherever you fancy as soon as they answer the door theyre on the defensive thinking your a gypo planning a burglary. the only farmer that lets me on is one who was into the dogs when younger but its hardly worth going as their is nothing much there.
  2. on paper a collie whippet greyhound should be the bees knees for all aspects of rabbitting, maybe worth a try if you can find a well bred litter.
  3. im assuming you mean collie greyhounds?
  4. im sure he said on a diff thread hes wheaten grey x whip grey. maybe im wrong really nice dog anyway.
  5. I rember when my first ferret got flattend by a bus was gutted can only image what seeing yiur dog die feels like
  6. any recent pics of them bull whippets sully?
  7. cant see many letting rabbits have a season off. and if you did someone else will come along and take em anyway
  8. I remember when I was younger stealing the musos flip flops from the mosque entrance and getting chased by an army of em. never had so much fun
  9. as nice as it would be nice to have the amount of rabbits we had before I dont think theyll be back in the numbers they were before for some time. maybe a 'switch' of quarry is needed for most.

  15. Just stray from the footpath abit mate atb
  16. I thought you was talking about baying terriers mate
  17. A pure beddy wont be catching many bolters if you want something small to mark and catch rabbits a whippet or a whippet saturated lurcher would be the way to go. Atb whatever you choose
  18. If you know where their are pockets of rabbits but farmer wont answer the door I would be insisting on keeping the rabbits down for him. Will never be out of rabbits that way
  19. Haha my ferret looked just the same when I caught him with one when he got out.
  20. What was bruce doing didnt see him join in the chase?
  21. I would rather use a terrier that is very hard for producing lurchers than a sensible type that takes hold when it can as I dont think many people would tolerate a foxing lurcher that waits till it can get a good hold hence using a hard terrier that aint fussy where he takes hold.
