    If yas gonna be willing to spend the money importing a pup from over here to be honest your probably best off (and save you time rearing a pup for at least 2 years that might be no good) looking for adult track greyhound bitches Over where you are and testing them you’ll go through a few to get one that has some balls but that’s the same with any breed and the best greyhound to breed from I’d say is a decent working greyhound regardless of how it’s bred.

    Depends what yas hunting I suppose but I don’t know if a Mali or Dutch herder x would have the same fire as a well bred bull x I’ve not seen the Mali or shepherd Xs go but that’s just my opinion

    Be sure not to be trying for 3/3 or anything daft and you’ll be sweet mate, they tie up if given run after run exertial something or other it’s called my brindle bitch had It after 2 gruelers f****d her for a week drinking loads lost lot of weight was back running right as rain 2 weeks later tho

    Alright mate I remember a few lads from your side of the water ran coyotes with staghounds don’t know if they’re still at it but if you want a ‘proper’ dog ?source a greyhound bitch and put a good pit over it that would be the easiest way for yas to get started, unless ya wanna go through the whole buying someone else’s stock and praying they not lying to ya.     Just a thought what is it that makes some greyhound bitches not come on heat as regular as other breeds? Heard quite a few times lads got ex track bitches and waited years and fuckers never came on

    I Have 2 coursing bred grey bitches from Ireland had one from a pup reared like a lurcher retrieves rabbits decent enough can run her 2 or 3 nights a week only has 6 or so good runs in her after that she starts to fade abit she’s a soft type bitch tho the red bitch I got as a adult can’t be run due to injury but is much more fiery.

    Good and bad in all more bad than good imo that’s with most breeds most greyhounds will be cowards they are not bred to take stick a few will do a few foxes but not many will keep at it I’d say, I have a bitch here that’s had a couple not many out wires and finished them no bother but she can’t run due to injury on the other hand brindle one I have had since a pup is a jacker will only stop them but makes catching em look easy in the bigger fields it’s something to watch on a long slip tho isn’t too bad for injuries either.     They stopped me under section 8 the hunting act took my dog but on the court sheets it just says Possesion of a bladed article in a public place nothing about a dog or hunting even tho at the police station they were telling me they’re arresting me under the animal welfare act and hunting act and had rspca interview me plus they took my dog because of the brambles marks I didn’t have soliciter in interview they said answer the questions and you can go get your dog back from police station next day so gave them the whole truth ofcourse ? anyhow the dog is in rspca care and I can’t have her back

    The rspca may as well be law these days the police interviewed me then they called me out my cell for a interview with a different officer and 1 rspca wanker
