Has it been confirmed that hares are now being infected with mixi. I thought they were immune to the virus.

Never would of thought of that either mate but now you say that its true they sure do crap a lot. Still a shame when the rabbits I pictured earlier in this thread are miles from crops and livestock, except a few horses.

What do you think the real reason they released that virus was Micky, was it to protect crops and pasture or was it to take the poor mans meal away and stop black market trading ?

Was chatting to a sheep farmer in north devon, and he was telling me that badger eat the stomach out of lambs. Have caught rabbits that were getting over mixi alright, but the suffering they go through is wicked the thing is the longer they live the more they infect others.

Seems every time they get wiped out they breed harder and you see more young than previous years but they still get knocked down by it again. Might have to travel this winter. Time will tell

Seems like a real bad strain of it, this past 3 years or so they been hit harder than usual. I wondered if it was a combination of mixy and rhd that was getting them. Plenty of hawks doing well out of it though

Jenny Wren and what a song from such a tiny bird. I have stopped feeding, they don't seem too interested at the moment round here. There seems to be a lot of natural grub in abundance.

Amazing mate good to see it working for some people, must be some strong gear to take effect so quickly. I have a mate that has Parkinson's and he tried it but said it done nothing for him, not sure if it was the cbd one though.

Mine loves trotting along side the push bike, when I'm down in Devon he has a few runs on the lamp keeps him happy enough.

Don't take mine if out mooching anymore, whether out with dog, camera. Main reasons I think the wildlife maybe picks up on the RF ? Also don't like the idea of carrying what could be a tracking device, if I'm the wrong side of the fence. Plus I'm paranoid about them causing cancer, so tend not to carry one around.

Maybe compulsory cadets when they reach 14 that's how it is in my sons school, Duke of Edinburgh awards as well. All good character building stuff, sets the moral compass as well.

Was listening on the radio about placebo surgery where people complaining of shoulder pain signed some medical trial papers thinking they were having a new type of surgery when all they had was a small incision and a few pictures taken.
