    This is their first show, and a lot of work has gone into it, and it should be a great show.

    This years Meldon show, near Morpeth has been cancelled. Marcia had built up a great show, but ended up with little support, so sadly has called a halt to it. Please see The Percy Hunt event

    I also know "teabags", was he not at that show. His is the same type of set up. How will you know if the judge there is being fair ask him who the judge was

    Talk of shows being fixed,- i remember being at a show, several years ago, at the terrier ring, surrounded by the dog show lads,- when a smartly dressed middle-aged woman, took her Border Terrier into the ring. You should have heard the laughter, and how they shouted her down. Shouting fix if she won. What they did not know was , that her husband, was a well known working terrier man, and he did not want the risk of "cries of fix" if he entered the terrier himself. I don't think anyone knew his wife, so she took the dog in the ring. I think it got placed, but his dogs were actually working do

    Its unusual for there to be a problem with the judging at that show,- its one of the better shows, and good knowledgable people, quite strict. Who was the judge. I had to be in work today.

    Some of my mates work for the marquee Training lead

    I couldn't get it stitched, but my mate who does leatherwork in our Countryside marquee, had a go at it. The stitching was not quite straight, but that was my fault. Its now moulded and dyed. I hope you can see the latest photos ok.
