I am know expert to all of this but maybe a little seperation untill he bulks up and gets more confident might do the job. I`ve got a hob and jill together at the moment brother and sister and i thought i was going to have to seperate them. He`s twice as big as her and likes to try and boss her about but once she`s had enough she kicks his ass. W hen he or she comes into season then obviously i will heve to seperate them but untill then they r fine together. Also i suppose it`s just the pecking order . Hope it all goes well .

Hope this foot and mouth does`nt spread which it probably will or we can kiss the season good bye. Feel sorry for those whose lively hood the countryside is there just recovering from the last outbreak. Fingers x anyway 007ferret

Here`s one for the experienced ferret keeper. When do ferrets reach there sexual maturity and when would you class them as being adults. I`ve got a hob and a jill about 13 weeks old was just wondering. Any feed back would be grate full 007ferret.

Just cut a old bit of drain pipe up and stuffed it into a old pair of wellies and put them in the ferret run. Ferrets went totally mental with them both of them trying to sqeeze into the same wellie. They have been playing with them all day and only stopped for a quick bite to eat and a kip in the watering can. Checked on them before and they were in them again never thought wellies could be so much fun. Any one out there who`s ferrets go crazy to play with something let me know even the neighbors had a laugh. cheers 007ferret

Just a quick hello to everyone totally new to all of this never even used a computer till last week. My mate took me ferreting last season and well u guessed the rest was hooked straight away must b my addictable nature. Got 2 pole cats x with albino ferret about 7 weeks ago think they were about 8 weeks old when i got them. My mate is showing me the ropes but any usefull tips would b gratefull.
