I like them both don`t prefer one over the other. My mates .22 is deadly accurate . Go with what your comfortable with no point shooting with something that you don`t like.

Get used to it after a while you ever gutted them the next day now that stinks lol. As soon as i have finished shooting i gut them save doing when you get home just ready for the freezer then. Plus like what others have mentioned its easier when there warm skin comes off no bother. Keep at it mate you will get there ..

Well the gunshop rang me on friday saying the gun was back from AA`s and was ready for collection. Nipped through to pick it up from the shop. AA`s had stripped / cleaned striker plus striker guide rod. Unknown substance slowing down what ever that means lol. Striker movement test set. AA`s had it chronographed and it was consistently hitting the 11.41 mark but the shop ran it through there chronograph same result was well pleased as it was only doing 9.43 when it was sent away. Thought i would pop out today and give it a bash see how she was doing. Rezeroed the scopes in with AA`s

Thought i would post a few pics not much but food for the ferrets. Replacement gun is a BSA HORNET in .22 not a bad gun i must say does the job well. Hopefully it wont be to long before i get my gun back hopefully doing the biz if not i will be on the market for a new gun. Not a huge bag but a thoroughly enjoyable wander don`t ya just love it.
