    Well said Neil. Doubling two poor dogs to help each other is a no no, having two dogs in the same place in certain circumstances can be a necessity. Bale stacks , one each end to produce a bolt at the centre. Many "lost " dogs were found because another terrier was entered. To put two mixing types in together would be foolhardy. And truly is a case of dogs for jobs and knowing your dogs. There are no hard and fast rules in terrier work, only guidelines.
