  1. Not good. I love placed the pellet in the break barrel. I don't like to leave them cocked and sat so I do it the hard way(you who use a break barrel or u l will kno what I mean) I cock the rifle when I see the target, placing the pellet in is all part the build up and past time. To think that "squirrel" is going to get THIS pellet when I comes out the other end. Give it s kiss and off it gose into the breech.
  2. Welcome mate. Sounds abit of a coincidence about the ferrets going then the door knocking!

  7. Some really good posts here lads, keep em coming.itching to take my springer out now. It seems everybody has there own preference due to weight fit looks loading etc etc. It is clear there is a trending top 3. Maybe handle and shootING each of these 3 will be the only way to realy find out what is for you. Maybe there is less in it shooting wise than you may believe? As far as looks go the prosport defiantly dose it for me!
  8. I wouldn't say better at all,the would still be smoother to shoot. Even once both tuned.. You've had a 98 so the it would be for me. Great guns. Heavy yeh so what(we ent no old men). Either way you will have a nice gun so enjoy the decision making Had both and both tuned ,I must say the 95 shot a lot better Sold the and kept the 95 I have both currently. I find the total opsit. 95 recoil and snappy way more than the .both sfs

  10. In that situation mark I can't think of a single other gun ide rather have in my hands. That's when they really come into their own and can't be beaten, not just a hw100 but any similar multi shot PCP. I've never ownd a PCP , never felt like I really needed one. Doesn't mean I've not been in a situation where I could have needed one, reading posts like that just makes me realise how many I have been in and only bagged the 1 due to reloading, sound ,movement ete I now realise I DO need one. It would HAVE to be a hw100.
