    Really easy with the wrap an tuck method fiddley but after a couple of trys you get there just watch a YouTube vid mate pause on each step. Tiein with rubber best , anything sharp edged will slowly cut into your bands ! I shoot OTT never tried TTF so will be interesting!

    Yes mate exactly it's entertainment. I personally could not give AF. Like how in the USA there bodybuilding comp for Natty's and juiceers seprate. I always thought how interesting it would be if there where two categories for each boxing Division,a natty and a open it out Juicers monster division., Now that be entertainment!

    Deca alone if taken long enough to gain size etc will mess you up,it isn't testosterone like most steriods. Test is the base to all cycles it can stay in your system for a week or months depending how fast acting it is . The nanadrol (deca) I think they take for joint lubricant

    Growth hormone now that you will go beyond. Juice only maxes you max potential. Bare in mind it may take you 25years of pure dedication to reach natty. But juice you could hit that in 5! Juice only makes your muscle fibres large and bigger. GH makes new muscle fibres going way beyond you natural max potential.

    Someone did say about he's size and he's got big quick, I was replying to those kind of theriors. Rusty-AJ dose loose gas and becomes worn and tired, in a fairly average way for a heavyweight,Id say It's not like he's got some visible extra high stamina fars Ive seen. I've watched him from way before he's Olympic days.

    I'm not saying he is or isn't juiced up, it's very narrow minded to just believe he is. Anyone who spends time in the gym,and I mean real time will know this. Juice gets you to you max potential quick.but not beyond .it can be done naturally if done correctly . Genetically gifted. Naturally high testosterone. Among many other things . You don't HAVE to be on any banned substence if you have a few other things in your favour.

    All's I can tell you is my parrlex adjustable scope is a pain in the a***! Nightmare when stalking about. having to adjust for each distance for each shot,even 5yards out and it's out focus,Unless i leave it blurred and out of focus for each shot at different distance ,dose not effect the aim point just clears up the picture to sharpe perfect image. However I can set it to fixed ,still isn't half as clear as my non adjustable parrelx scope though.
