Interestingly Stealthy, my local RFD has reached a similar decision after battling with Daystate over a gun which, if I remember correctly, only left the shop a few days earlier and Daystate didn't find fault on their behalf. This went on for weeks.
One thing I don't understand, why would a successful English company, capable of high standing in both UK and worldwide markets, be prepared to loose everything by poor QC and p1ss off most of the customers who have spent hard earned cash and a lot of it, to the point, like Mitch and many others, that they will never buy from that company again
