There are a mixture of multiple choice and full questions that need an answer and an explanation on the exam these days. -

I have one. iZettle are the firm, you just need an Android Phone or an iPhone and download the App, it connects to the reader and off you go. No monthly fee but they charge 2.75% per transaction, this does go down if you have a turnover of more than £2,000 per month on the card. I have never had any issues with them and would definitely recommend them. If you are interested let me know and if I send you the link you get a £20 voucher.

Trespass is not a criminal offence as others have said so it would be up to the old gits to go to the trouble of bringing a private prosecution under civil law, and then they would have to prove you cost them something. Don't worry, you won't hear back from this one ever.

Mine was exactly the same. We moved away from a big city and had a bit of room to relax in and I told her I wanted an air rifle. She said she would never have one in the house, ever. Now I have 1 air pistol, 2 rifles and 3 shotguns lol. Course I haven't seen the wife for 2 years . I did it slowly buying a springer and she got used to the idea and now she sees how safe it is she is okay with it. Mind you everyone is different and as you know some women are impossible to please. If you have one like that I suggest you trade her in for a better model.

You are probably right, I have only ever bought and sold through RFD and they are always filling in the forms, I always thought if I did a private sale I would do it myself, hey ho.

A warning for GBH? Sounds like you were lucky mate. What I would say is what do you need a shotty for? I mean you don't actually need a reason, but it is a lot of hassle if you are going to use it once a year or something like that. If I was you I would wait a few years until that "warning" is way behind me and I have the money to enjoy what can be an expensive sport, and as you get older you might get more time to use it too.

When you buy or sell a gun you need to complete a form and send it off to your local FEO with your cert number, the cert number or dealer number from where you got it (so yes, you need to see the other persons documentation or you could be buying a moody gun from an unlicensed source) and the description and serial number of the weapon on it. You then add this to your certificate yourself. You should know this surely if you already have a certificate? Not sure on the new forms as to convictions etc as I haven't had to fill one in for about 3 years, but any and all brushes with the law will
