If I had the Air Arms S410TDR and it was all in good working order, then for sure I would not be rushing out to swap it for The Air Arms S510TDR. Same with my BSA SE Rifles, if BSA SE2. It will not in my opinion make anyone that owns the S410TDR into a better marksman or hunter. My money is better allocated. but that is just me. Others can spend their hard earned cash how they see fit. If have need for a New Rifle or just a change of Rifles is their thing then good luck and good on them. My family showed and told me when as a child how to interact and treat others. AND THAT IS WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT. This is Always the rule, until given when as an adult a reason not to do so. Even then think twice before mouth a deed is committed. My air rifle is not better or any worse than yours, my happy time to be spent is just as valid as anyone's. And until or if I insult YOU or your Air Rifle then show ME some RESPECT when at the Range or off of it. What Makes A Good Range or anything in life? For me it would be the people and a safe pleasant environment. Just my Two

Sorry and glad. Glad that your are now happy. Sorry as to the amount of people having to strip down rifles to get them to how they was sold as from new in the condition suppose to be in. All is well that ends well and good on you Jonjon. But for that One who is confident to strip a brand new Rifle and work on it, thus making any warranty null and void, there are Thousands who are not and would think that is how it is suppose to be. It will be seen as one is seeing so many brand new Rifles on the second hand market, quicker than you can say " boiled asparagus - 1970s TV I Claudius" I

just my opinion, but if your local RFD cannot price match or be within a few pounds then I for one would not be using them again. I live in East London and not many RFD shop left in London who stock or sell Air Rifles and accessories. All the very best
