four month old pup on the lamp to me would just b a nusence!! I gave my bitch a rabbit that I was pretty sure she'd take on the lamp at 7/8 months and then left it at that. Keep them winning and keep frustration out of the equation. spot on stabs tou would just disheartn a young dog because at the end of the day no way could four month old floppy legged lurcher going to catch a bunnie

out the other night brought my bull bitch x whippet x ghound six months got a few spins on a few sqauters nerly got one or two just wasnt heavy enough on the ditch was well impressed!! called in a fox on the vixen call sliped the lads two lurchers great course naild it at the end of the field!! the pup was mad to get in on the action i left her shake the arse out of it she was well game for it is this common in pups of that age reckon she should b a good thing very exited bout this pup
