    Yeh Womble u mug I hunt more each month than u do each year I wud say n as for bright more stuff my working pfft jealousy a bitch. Same line of dogs for last 25 years in my family all excellent above n below ground 5 generations.

    You foreigners ain't got a clue. You need a good tight chested dog wherever you hunt as it's no good arriving at whatever quarry tired. It could be any good well bred example of a patterdale, Russell or lakeland. Or even the odd border ha. Jagds or any terrier. Don't need fancy names or lines just correct training. For me patterdales are THE earthdog supreme all round love a good old type rough coated not to much staff.

    Kc havent a clue they have to be this size that colour.. load of shite. Maybe people will still keep there own good working lines going which is what we want! All im saying is kc ruins breeds especially working ones simply by stipulating dogs must be this that or the other. Gamest to gamest in the terrier world was always the rule of thumb. It seems to go out of the window these days bt hey money ruins everything eh.

    Awesome mack! Yes my bitch double of her sire even down to the tiny few white hairs on there chest. Do u no of your dogs sire denzil? Who is the other dog in the pic marra? Looks a nice terrier aswel. Thanks

    Thanks for reply mate and yes he was from teeside as was his son mac and my bitch. Was he a sound worker and looker? I believe he is in j darcys book dig deep throw well back? Any pics wud be much appreciated as wud info. Thanks lads

    Hi anyone familiar with a dog named denzil from the book dig deep throw well back? Its hard to get a copy i believe and was just after a bit a backgtound as its grandsire to my bitch. Many thanks

    Why would bill not like the thread?? Its fact that people admire all he done for the working terrier and strive to get any dogs bred down from bills as he bred quality workers for years! Be it parson types or fell/patterdale types?

    I have an awesome little bitch bred down from bills dogs on her sires side. The dogs in question being nigger, spud,denzil and mac. All were and mac stil by all accounts are very good reliable workers. Her dams side is of nuttal breeding. I got her from a guy nr saltburn who seemed to know his stuff. Shes 7 months and doing very well bushing rabbits and a bit of ratting. Perfect dog lined up of similar breeding from a guy i know in tebqay who really knows his stuff [BANNED TEXT] that time comes. So wil be nice pups there bt a while away.
