Oh yes, already starting to fcuk the average pensioner by stopping winter fuel allowances, set of twats. Phil

Right Gaffer, on reflection, I thought my comment could be out of order so I did a bit of digging and came up with a review you and others may find useful or at least I found it interesting. Are you selling the gun with or without the scope/nv unit and yes you can pm me a price and the area you live. Phil
-
There is a selling section on here gaffer and that is where you need to put it to get seen. To be honest Stoeger do not enjoy a good reputation although in fairness that is mainly due to the quality of their springers, yours may be spot on, however that will have a reflection on the price you might get. Good luck with it mate. Phil

Not tried one Jimmy nor any knowledge of them although one comment I heard in the rfd was that they are heavy. It is not a make that seems to hit the headlines any more with all the chinese units that are available but I do recall issues with software updates on one of the other models but to be honest send Ianb a message as he will know, that is his business. BUT you have lived a sheltered life Jason............................... Phil -
This is the one I was talking about Jimmy as I cannot find the one I had so perhaps I have already given it away. Dr Bobs Buddy Bottle Bipod Mount - 50mm or 60mm WWW.EBAY.CO.UK Dr Bobs Buddy Bottle Bipod Mount. Fit two, one for a sling and one for the bipod..............

I find because people spend big on FX, Gaystate, AGT etc etc etc, these accessories are not regarded as too expensive for someone spending upwards of £2k but I agree they are feckin expensive, it was just to see if any of them would answer your issue Jimmy. On FX Impact and Rapid bottles, you can fit to the bottle a Dr Bobs ring clamp so perhaps you could do the same on your Reximex. I actually got in touch with the importers of FX at that time (ASI) who gave me the green light to go that route. I might still have the ring in my bits n bobs drawer, if so mate I will send it up for you to try

Where did you get the extended weaver rail from jimmy
-
Put a photo of the under side Jimmy, is there a weaver rail under the action near the trigger as it may take one of the specialist FX accessories sold on 'Airgun 101' channel so if you have not looked there, I think you should. Phil

Thank you Ian for your response, I didn't know this was the case and understand your reasons. I know Mitch can be a little cutting regarding some issues but was just his way and we were used to it. Phil -
When it somes to fac, Weihrauch do not make a .25 so thats out (not knocking the HW however) and to be honest they are not really rated for fac. FX is without doubt the market leader in fac both here and in the US, there is a good reason for that, they are bloody superb in fac, my pal and myself both had Impact .25 fac runing at 50fpe using AA pellets and taking rabbits at ranges from 10 out to a lasered 126mt. We never had any issues other than mine was the telescopic shroud version and after a while I had some pellet clipping, this was soon sorted by ASI the original and best importers. I

Air Arms tx 200 mk3 ULTIMATE SPRINGER .177 CAL.
philpot replied to mark williams's topic in Airgun Hunting
Must admit to never seeing one or even heard of them Mark but looking at the blurb, they are very nice looking gun although very expensive compared to the standard TX. I would love one for range shooting and get 'Charlie Caller' (Tim) to work his magic as he did with my 200HC which was a tack driver even in my hands but a grand for one seems too high. TX200 Ultimate Springer | Air Arms WWW.AIR-ARMS.CO.UK Air Arms air rifles are designed in Britain and are British-Made in our factory. We produce only the finest sporting, hunting, target, spring and PCP airgu -
It is very nice of you to place a chance of some shooting on here and I hope you are successful in finding someone close by but if we don't have anyone, contact your nearest gun shop as they will have regulars who would take care of the problem. My gun shop has passed a few on to me but I am a long way from you so not able to help out. Phil

Now that looks a lot better than most of their guns but will it perform and produce the groups. There is no doubt that some of these guns from the iron curtain countries including Turkey have come on in leaps and bounds in terms of quality and performance, our Jimmy is one such convert favouring the Turkish brands so it will be very interesting to see what sort of groups ypu get at various ranges, good luck and enjoy it. f**k........f**k........f**k I am a tory through and through BUT they did not deserve to get back in this time in fact since screwing Boris out of the job, they have gone right downhill in many tory supporters eyes. The thought of having Keir Starmer running the country does not instill me with confidence. It looked like the Reform party seriously damaged the Conservatives on the early results but whatever we will have to wait and see how this 'jobsworth' handles our country pursuits and country as a whole. Phil

Take it to the range Jimmy, there is bound to be someone who will want it. Phil

Reximex make some cracking pistols as well. I can see the Impact reference there Jimmy, it will be interesting to see how you go on with the longer distances matey. It may be possible to fit one of the extended weaver rails they fit under the Impact which I think are made by Apex but you can see them on 'Airgun101' website Jimmy. Phil

I was looking at one in my rfd last week but at £500 it seemed too much money. Phil
-
I can only agree with BN, having had Pards and a couple of other similar units, I have never been able to part with my NiteSite Viper and Wolf units, old hat, may be but they work and have accounted for thousands of rats and hundreds of rabbits so despite them being out of production you do get them on ebay from time to time. My shooting partner makes his version when required for about £100 but That one shown above the NVS30 looks spot on. Phil

Apart from IanB who else is a mod.
-
Me too, Mitch has been a member for 14 years, full of mischief but never nasty, just can't seem to reach IanB to sort it.
-
I got a text from Mitch saying he cannot get on the forum as he is banned............................. WTF. I have sent IanB a message but as yet he has not responded but in fairness it is showing that he has not read it, could be on holiday or workload but whatever, has anyone here seen an issue with Mitch because he is unaware of anything he has done wrong.
