  1. So we went to the butchers - butcher didnt really have what we needed so she got a piece of boneless lamb (think it was brisket)....I cut off a smaller bit for her to have a chew on (about 7 " by 2") she chewed on it for a minute then swallowed it whole... er...should I be worried?
  2. Right...think ill start her with a lil lamb rack - see how she gets on! Thanks
  3. I see a lot of folk saying to give them 'a raw meaty bone' - what kinds of bones are they talking about when they say this?
  4. lol a House Rabbit is one that lives indoors...he is litter trained - uses a litter tray just like a cat
  5. No she wont be a working dog...its quite funny really we have two cats also and the cats and the dog are pretty much staying out each others way...the rabbit and the dog have been nose to nose a few times - neither looks very concerned. We were told as long as she 'grows up' woth it it will be fine - just dont let them both outside together at the same time! What is a hickey thigh by the way?
  6. Hi Folks We have a Lurcher cross deerhound puppy - now at 13 weeks old. I was looking for advice on what kind of bones to give her to chew on etc? So much conflicting info out there. Chicken bones - wings etc seem to be popular? Although we have concerns! We actually keep chickens also and at present she gets on with them fight (usually wants them to play with her) would feeding her raw chicken bones not start making those chickens look like walking noisy food? We also have a house rabbit who she gets on fine with also...so same question! thanks
