Hi folks looking for information on any aftermarket trigger kits avaliable for a remington express in .177 a brass trigger guard would also be good so i can get the last of the plastic off. Ive had the rifle about six months now and still cant get used to it, the trigger is a bit on the stiff side and feels like im snatching it pulling my aim off nothing like as smooth as the rekord trigger on my Hw 35. Any links would be handy ive tried rowan already with no success any help appreciated Thanks in advance

Yes I can see this happening same as with the smoking ban in bars was started up here also. But I can see it benifiting air gunning as a sport, For example I hadn't owned a rifle since my teens but they have been talking about the licence coming in for a few years so once my young lad was born I decided to buy an air rifle and then join a club just so that my kids could have the same opportunity to use air guns when they are older, This licence has made people like myself take action to protect our right to enjoy the sport, without the threat hanging over us in form of a licence I mig

Up date on the licence folks, My local club membership was up for renewal on Wednesday so I thought I had better phone police Scotland on that phone number that's on the fee letters and see what was happening, lad I spoke to couldn't have been more helpfull, all that he needed was the reference number that's issued with the fee and he could tell me that I had paid the fee and that my background check had been completed with no issues, told me my licence was ready to print and post and that they were waiting for a set number of licences to be ready to print then send them out as one batch p

I've got a low powered smk in .22 that I'm keeping as a training rifle for starting my lad and lass off with, also an HW45 .177, HW35k .22 and an Air arms S400 .22. The dream rifle is a HW77 in .177 once I get one of those the collection will hopefully be complete.

Saw an hw 77 .22 for sale in fife for £110 I was tempted but my next rifle will have to be a .177 just for the flatter trajectory for target shooting soon as this license comes through I will be out looking

Thanks for the welcome folks, In response to f.a.c rowan not really in a position where I feel the need for rim fire or centre fire at present (that view could change over time) but find my pcp capable up to 60 yards (in good conditions minimal wind etc) shotgun might be an option later on tho as I do like the idea of clay shooting but will have to see if this air rifle cert gets granted first
