I'm not an idiot and I'm not made of money. It's because of all the idiots out for money is the real reason I went to him.Rather a pup off him than some lying chancing c**t. I like I say time n time again, I know boys that work them from he dogs I had mine from and they do enough to please me Do your research and do a bit of digging.....there's been a few litters of collie lurchers on here (that maybe had a bit of something else) buying off him is just keeping the peddling going . I think buying off him is down to laziness , The canine equivalent of buying online from a supermarket.

expecting all that before its 1 year old I'd say expect it to go off the boil to be honest.

so I'm to keep waiting on the hope of getting a collie x from home bred litter? I made my choice and I'm happy with it he's a belting little dog. I don't agree with Hancock ways etc but end of the day I got what I wanted, infact, I got more than I wanted he's easy to get on with, quick learner but not complicated amd I domt hear him.

BUT you will have more of a chance of getting a good hunting dog from proven working parents than from a failed track dog crossed to a mungrolised collie that's never left his pen ......maybe you will maybe you won't. You can't guarantee anything. Got no problem with my pup, regards to wondering if he has the drive to chase etc he like shit off a shovel the other night at 9 months old. Once he matures abit more il be sure to let everyone know how shit he is. He will never be any good cos his parents never done days work lol
-
And I'm not saying because it is from a certain line it will be good. Same as all the dogs ever bred...just cos the parents were good the offspring could be shit

Does he provide the paperwork to match the dogs ear tattoo so you can see what they've done on the track ??? .......ring Hancock, ask the greyhounds ear markings. Ring Ireland I did, the bitch to mine was from ballymack kennels. She wasn't winning. But who needs split second speed when hunting? There's another bitch there that is directly out of college causeway...look him up... Probably many more as well. And they have the odd coursing greys as well but they are huge what she said to me. I don't need to ring Ireland I can check on their racing career just from the ear tattoo ... and just be

I think everyone should be a balance between 1 and 3. If your happy with any old shit then deep down you won't be happy. I learnt hard way by being too soft. I wasted alot of time lamping with a shit dog to the point I questioned whether I even enjoyed doing it anymore...I knew I did by seeing other good dogs lol so bit the bullet and shot the Bullet too. I feel I'm moving in the way I should with dogs now. Certainly not looking for the best, but good enough to enjoy.

Iv had too many incidents with cows and horses to never bother lamping fields with them in again. I dont even bother lamping fields with sheep in either. I find the sheep get spooked that the spook the stuff in the field. Been charged many a time by horses and cows. Otherday I was on permission shooting walking around the field with calf's n cattle in, opposite side of the fence amd they started going absolutely mental busting through three strand fence into woodland and trying to find a way into my field. I made a sharp exit and let farmer know about them breaking the fence. Luckily he had s

Why would a bull x be any different in 2016 lol
-
Not sure but I bought a cheap 170 from a1 before and was shit.

If people actually looked into the greyhounds he uses they are actually out of some top kennels from Ireland and out of some cracking animals. Anyone with and ounce of something upstairs would understand the cut throat industry of greyhounds, fraction to slow and off you go...

I don't run Roe and my fields are enormous ??ok, but do u drive the land? LolSometimes, but 90% on foot. I never understood why lads that aren't into bull xs go so far out their way to crab on them. Are they intimidated because deep down they know their dogs could never do what a bull x could even if their lil bunny bashers are a little bit quicker. i can never understand that either mate especially when they own a Hancock lolyou lot need to lighten up can't u see Imhaving a laugh lol I could of told u anything without bull jn is only suitable for rabbits ages ago...lol

Reverce Breed Collie Greyhounds
Somewhereyournot replied to lurcher man george's topic in Lurchers & Running Dogs
Yeah I know what you mean it's just that someone said "just as we'll get a full collie" regarding the 3/4 collie 1/4 greyhound, when clearly it's the 3/4 collie is what they want.... of course anybody would pick a 3/4 greyhound over a full greyhound (for the reasons you just described) or at least I would if I had the choice.... Jeez I find it hard to explain myself over this poxy hi pad lol... ye I took it hw you meant it mate. Wasn't being funny like. I don't think I'd catch much with a half x let alone a reverse. But I wouldn't say their not capable until seeing one. -
i bought my lamp mate so if it was shit I'd of not bought it when I met up with D lloyd. I don't know him, personally but seem a tidy guy. I speak as I find. Regards to the lamp it could be shit in.few weeks, if it is I will say. I'm sure he will sort it. I was mever a fan of LED, because I used a 150, the 120 is better in my opinion.

That's to do witg just the camera picking up light intensity. The halogen is just dim. In comparison. Same happened when recording the hid I had. Sort of like a solid bar of light. Halogen have it too.
