  1. I had one I had to move on last Xmas . Beautiful animal, great off the lead pita on the lead. However he was extremely aggressive and a complete Alpha. Great if I was at home but if I went away working, when I got back I had to either ignore him for two days or take him outside and scruff him until he. Submitted. Not easy with a 28" , 40kg dog. In the end he couldn't be trusted around my toddler though he never showed any aggression towards him ever. Was totally stock broken though and now lives with a hill collie on a big farm at Shap. I would never have another, he was a throwback, bigge

  4. Getting to the point where I am needing to think about a collar for the pup. Saw someone on face ache talking about this to pair with a bellman and Flint collar, seems like a good price but is it any good? http://www.ekosport.co.uk/pieps-dsp-15-p-1-31208.html?gclid=CI2xua6g5coCFQoUwwodYtMB_A

  13. no direspect to anyone but to many idiots in the game like mole said seen many a well bred dog ruined, give many a lad some good advise to them totally ignore it and fucx there line up,dont get to eager you get a young well bred dog time effeort and he will do you proud, you rush let your ego get the better of you dog will end up in the ground or passed about and you looking for another pup and you calling the breeder worse than shit Get what your saying mate and sounds like you are having good results with the way you go about things, but this have patience thing gets me thinking. 15. Liked that a lot, thanks for sharing
  16. Please hold both her and yourself back a bit mate. She sounds really well bred and you have been putting the work in. I have only had one saluki blood dog and it was 18 months until mentally it was ready, a few extra months work is nothing over the dogs lifetime. Hold both of you back if you can, be a better learning curve for both of you that way. A 250 yd slip is expecting a lot on a young pup.
  17. All game is easy if the dog takes it quickly, another dog might not have done. So much crap spouted at times . It's a good dog that makes game look easy.
  18. Read it all, would love a don pup. Nice post ( in general ) fellas
