    My mate keeps quail they lay well ,very small eggs about a mouhfull .. they don't need a perch and best way to keep them is in something small as they lay their eggs anywhere and everywhere on the ground . seen them in an old cabinet type thing with mesh 75 % way round and a small box at one end to sleep , there were about 4 levels with each level having quail . heard they lay best kept like that .. hope this helps ..

    had my pup for just over a week and he's 13 weeks old i am feeding him raw chicken legs and thighs some minced beef and some puppy pedigree vital protection biscuits , also give him eggs with a bit of milk . is that a good diet for him ? he is eating well with a lovely shining coat . my cousin told me to give him some fish . reading what has been put in this post regarding veg ,I haven't been giving him any veg , what kind of veg ? and do i need to cook it first . .. thanks in advance of any replies ...

    Where In South Wales are you from. ? When I can a kid we had a pet rabbit in our garden and it was out in the garden when my dad who was in his shed wood turning heard a noise and came out and a mink was dancing around our rabbit. My dad started throwing chisels at it until it f****d off. that's the story I was told anyway. I remember the event even tho I was young because our rabbit was sort of paralysed for a week or so after where upon he got "let loose to play with the other bunnies in the wild" by my dad.     Hello there Did you get it from a shop as they check and log the readings. They will take it down for you but ring them first to say your rifle seems a bit lively and could the check and take it down. Then when you go in you have already broken the ice. I don't no about pcp's but in a newish springer it can just be some grease that has pushed forward into the transfer port which can be washed out with a spray can at the shop.     Hello Gents , I have 4-16x50 wide angle zero option scope on my webley fx 2000 . my question is the scope has on the other end from the magnification, adjustment for range 10-15 -20 out to 100 yards , does this really work do i have to keep adjusting or is it just a gimmick ? never had a scope like this before ,and i've hardly used it since i bought it a few years ago got it to keep my chickens safe from Mr Fox. as you can guess I don't know much about these new fangled scopes not like the open sights i had on my old BSA Meteor lol ... thanks in advance of any replies ..

    Thanks villaman and vwman very helpful , think i may get one of these chrono's and check myself . i have been fiddling with it so i have put it over , I did get it from a shop but don't want to risk them taking it off me ...Thanks a lot guys ..

    can you guys tell me if these work with a pcp ? i have a fx 2000 and i think it is over the 12ft/lb limit ..I have heard if i take it the gun shop to get it checked they will confiscate it if it's over ..thanks in advance of any replies

    I think i saw a mink crossing a road late at night but not sure , it was roughly the size of a cat but had the shape of a ferret . not sure if they are round here in neath area south wales .. but it was not a cat i saw ..

    I think they are the same as the rifle i have webley fx 2000 cracking rifle very accurate ,powerfull best air rifle i've ever owned ..would recommend one to anyone ..
