    Fair pint mine bark and squeal while tied up sometimes and can be a little bit of a pain but where I dig noise don't matter with the permission I'm on and I don't need to listen to anything below as they don't often tend to make noise below. I have had the odd argument with the friend on this matter. The noiser pups can be disadvantage to our relationship at times but no disadvantage to him or herself if ya get me anyway F.D each to their own on this matter I think.

    Best I had was a cockerxlab I'd give my right arm to have him back. He would scrape the ground and almost be spot on with the locater to let you know where they were. He got shot on shoot rolled over caught in a snare he survived almost everything. Eventually just went missing one day out bushing and never came back I got a good 6 years a fun out if him

    Horses for courses and all that as far as I'm concerned it never did my now digging dogs any harm. Has anyone done such a thing and it was a disadvantage to the pup. We could go around in circles that's for sure my opinion is right and your wrong bla bla bla but maybe some have had good reason to not let a pup tag along ?

    What harm can it do bringing a pup and tying him up letting him see what's going on each to there own but it's better than them looking at 4 walls at home imo they will learn nothing there

    Early days but don't sound to promising bad trait to have if he keeps that up. If something was at home he may just need more time not knowing what to do to find him but if it was vacant a bad trait imo barking at nothing.

    Just got em back I'm not one for Facebook and am the first to down it but the misses put the notice up that they where missing and low and behold she got a message where they where located 4 mile away on a ditch at what appeared to be a fox hole. Lucky fox it's Xmas Eve and I've to rap prezzies for the kids. I'm lucky to have em back and that's the main thing.

    Beagle type male white with black spots and a spaniel type bitch brown and white missing since yesterday morning about 7ish. Possible areas Kilkenny/Tipperary border . Areas they could be Urlingford , Tullaoroan , Kilmanagh, Ballingarry, Mullinahone, Killenaule , any one a these directions they could of hit. Very unusual behaviour from them They where let out for their run in the garden as they play about for an hour or so before been put back in kennels this is their daily routine. It's a long shot and I'll put pics up after work I'm hoping they ain't knicked.

    I've just got back into a bit a bushing myself I run just a 3/4 spaniel 1/4 beagle with a terrier and she's exactly what I wanted she hunts like hell with the terrier I have, and is marking all ready at 11 months when she puts something up she barks but she will give nose to anything fur or feather but I'll put up with it I also have a beagle / cocker the same age abit slower to start but he will get his chance. I've dug to 7 red fellas now due to her marking em. The cousin has knocked a few on the gun she has flushed out.

    Seen both work both to big for most earths . If I was to pick it would be the glen they seemed more placid than the wheaten with other dogs. But hay each to their own.
