    i bred a fell to a racing greyhound many years ago. got seven pups six dogs one bitch. the dogs averaged 23-25 tts. the bitch was the raciest at 19 tts. on hindsite the little hardy beddy whippet i had would have produced a better litter. i posted a pic on here a while back of the bitch. i think the second cross would be more productive.

    max. plummer x russell. will need to take more recent pics. as ive just noticed the lack of pigment on his nose has gone. he was well over a year in these pics. i thought his pink spot was there to stay. after he matured.

    that dog reminds me of a lad off here. had a bitch that was similar. had a staff as well. f****d off to different shores. f****d if i can remember his name now. nice dog by the way

    coming on two years ago i lost the best lurcher ive ever had the pleasure to own. he was a genuine first cross. wheaten dog over whippet bitch

    ive ran greyhounds both on the lamp and daytime. i also brought on a pup. the two track bitches both retired .injured. and most of the time before that they where. injured. in between the injuries they both where natural on fox. they regularly overshot on rabbits or lost there footing. they both ran into objects that was suicidal. like tree's fences other dogs etc. on big open parks they put a good show on a hare. but after that you had to just about carry them home as they have little stamina. the pup was trained to jump. was given basic obedience and allowed to run . there are three

    i would go for a straight grew also. you will get an even litter. and speed . and chancs are they wont be over sized. most bitches and some of the dogs should be a handy size. and you will have the pick .

    i was advised to make up goats milk 1 egg and a tablespoon of youghert as a substitute to the mothers milk for Darceys first meal. she done well on this
