    Dogs dew claw is pointing at a "nine" o'clock position,it has been virtualy ripped right at the base towards the leg, it has stopped bleeding and flushing out with Salt water, wont keep a bandage on. Should I let it heal on its own or a vet job? Dog is squealing in pain when he licks or catches it and wont let me touch it.
