    I get this every year after mine have had the jill jab. This year a small one year old gill was trying to drag them all into the nest box even though some of the others are twice the size of her. I just leave them to get on with it, they don't hurt each other just trying to mother the others. Cheers Arry

    Me and me youngest lad (gone on now bless his heart) were ferreting a very steep side of a valley down by the river, when out of a old cottage down in the bottoms a woman appears starts shouting "what are you doing, are you hungry," I answered "tea and biscuits would be nice" it didn't help she was going nuts. In the end politely told her to make love and go way. When the hunt was on she would block the green lane with her car. She was a crazy townie a whole nut gleeny greenie.     We used to have peeler crab pots on the River Dart, well after we did a collection on the way home the bucket had turn on its side, crabs every where. Thought we had collected them all up. Had a phone call from him the next day to say he could hear some scurrying around, after another search we could not find them. One week later christ the stink they had some how got behind the panels or in the sub frame. He had to put up with it till they dried out. Cheers Arry

    Don't know if this is of any interest really early 60s. Me and mate decided we cycle to Buckfast only about 10 mile each way, but I never had a bike so used my sisters, bloody thing only had one gear. When I look at the photo now not one car, its wall to wall with them now there. Me with a synthetic leather jacket and my mate with his school gabardine coat, some of you older guys will remember them. Cheers Arry

    Recon it was hungry, The ground is hard as rock and one of their main foods is earth worms, they will be deep. What with the very short nights being close to the longest day recon their struggling to find enough food. Cheers Arry
