I think there was border in that dog im sure some of the waterford lads mite know. I have a grandson of the rum dog there he's 11 now and he never left me down.
It would make sense really for them to it cause at the end of the day this line is being introuced back in to alot of the older bloodlines but as i said these boys will never admit that on an open forum.
Some lads dont mind spending it and why not buy of a line dats producing and when ya go and buy your if ya want ta see the parents work theres no problem they'l brin dem out and plenty more related if ya want to see but prepare yourself for a long day out cause them boys ar in no rush home nd notins to deep.
Dats a fair point but he had good foundation stock ta work with alot of what was there had that blooline goin through it already and then the man himself just happen ta introduce more of the same in to it.
Good post neil, would you agree that mixing these lines has brought about better working terriers or does it make more sense to stay within the same lines. Im sure over the last 20 odd year or so lads have experimented by breeding one these line of dogs in to what they already have.
Which of the fell/patterdale breeds has had the biggest infuence on the terriers we have and work today would it be nuttalls, goulds, parks, booths or AC's a lot that line has come on the scene in the last 4 r 5 year.
Ye i knew he wasnt put back to a whole lot of bitchs and ill say its a sin he didn cover alot more. The couple i hav of him are easy to keep no noise out them
I have worked a couple dogs and bitchs out of the dog himself never see the dog himself work as he would of been well up in his years [BANNED TEXT] i see him.
Thanks for the reply morton, the culling will b done and hopefully the best kept. I get what your saying about the peddlers i could tell a few storys myself but this not the place for that and thanks again for the advice.
