Remember going to a Belgium beer cellar rows after rows of different beer on every wall it was a proper tourist trap but one I was happy to be in. you just picked up any bottle you wanted and pay on the way out of the cellar then you could ever go home with it or just sit at the bar or massive court yard / beer garden an drink it then get a different beer to try
