Used purse nets for the very first time today and actually got one !!! Had a half hour to spare before work and finally decided to try my hand at netting, have used my ferrets to bolt to dogs and/or guns before but never tried netting.No doubt the experts will despair at my lack of even basic knowledge of this artform but I had good fun trying my hand at it. Out for a quick shine after work tonight , wasn't going to bother 'cause I was wrecked after work but got home to find I'd run out of rabbits for the ferrets so boots on and out we go . I'm looking after my mates lurcher while he's in the sun for a week so leaving the terriers at home we did 3 fields , nailed 3 out of 3 rabbits and then just missed a fox it was a long course but she made up ground well and he turned twice and only just made it to the undergrowth and away . My heart was hammering I can tell ya , sorry about the photo quality

Being honest bud they're shit plain and simple ! We started off with something like that but in the end we were bringing out 3 or 4 lamps with us just to get a few decent runs , try to get something second hand if you can coz there's nothing worse than watching a dog chasing quarry only to have the lamp die on you before he catches it

A friend who has since passed gave me this cartridge with the instructions "don't use it " and I have become more and more curious about it but have no idea about it or where I could get information about it. Just got my xmas btl of Jameson 12 year old and had a snort last night after coming in around 2ish with the dogs, I'm no expert on whiskeys but for me heaven !!!! Anyone ever tried "mead" if it's a honey taste you're after it's the dogs dangly bits, can't get enough of it myself !!!!!!
